- 1988-2003: Vietnam National Vegetables & Fruit Corporation; the predecessor of Vietnam National Vegetable, Fruit and Agricultural Product Corporation today, was established under the Decision No. 63 NNTCCB/QD dated February 11, 1988 as a focal unit in researching, involving in planning crop areas, making plan of production and distribution of vegetable and fruit seed nationwide and building up specialized and intensive vegetable and fruit crop areas of high quality and output.

- 2003-2005: Vietnam National Vegetable, Fruit and Agricultural Product Corporation (Vegetexco Vietnam) was established under the Decision No. 66/2003/QD/BNN-TCCB made by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development dated June 11^th, 2003 on which the Vietnam National Agricultural Products & Foodstuff Import & Export Corporation (Vinafimex) was merged with Vegetexco Vietnam.

- 2005-2010: The year 2005 marked an crucial historical point for Vegetexco Vietnam when it was transformed to operate as a Holding-Subsidiary company under the Decision No. 2352/QD-BNN/DMDN made by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development dated September 9^th, 2005. Together with over 500 employees, 03 subsidiaries, 26 affiliated companies, 05 joint-venture companies and 02 foreign branches and representative offices, Vegetexco Vietnam had positioned itself as the pioneer in speeding up the production, processing and export of vegetables, fruits and agricultural products as well as import of relative materials and machinery input.

- 2010-2016: Vegetexco Vietnam was transformed into a One member limited company under the Decision No. 1563/QD-BNN-DMDN made by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development dated June 10^th, 2010. This essential transformation stimulated Vegetexco Vietnam to further foster its leading role in the vegetable, fruit and processed food industry, to expand its investments in moving forwards to become a Group.

- 2016 until now: Vegetexco Vietnam has completed its equities process and officially begun to operate as a Joint stock company since January 1^st, 2016. Together with such strategic shareholders as T&T Group Joint Stock Company (T&T Group JSC.), Saigon-Hanoi Insurance Joint Stock Corporation (BSH) and several other prestigious domestic ones, Vegetexco Vietnam has gained a lot of favorable conditions to become a strong enterprise in producing and supplying vegetables, fruits and agricultural products and services of high quality, safety and sustainable development; expression of a big company role in the development orientation and effectiveness of vegetable and fruit production and trade, seed and flower services and other auxiliary business sections such as warehouse.
